Boat Registration Terms & Conditions:
By storing your boat at Crystal Lake Community Beach, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Storage Space: Crystal Lake Community Beach Provides racks or ground space for storage of boats and will assign a spot for the owner’s boat. The owner is advised to lock their boat to the rack or ground line accordingly.
- Payment: The boat owner must pay the storage fee in advance and on time. The fee is non-refundable.
- Responsibility: Crystal Lake Community Beach is not responsible for any damage or loss of the boat or its contents while it is stored on the premises. The boat owner is responsible for maintaining their boat and ensuring it is in good condition for storage.
- Use of Storage Space: The boat owner must use the storage space for the sole purpose of storing their boat. Any other use of the storage space is strictly prohibited.
- Compliance: The boat owner must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in relation to the storage of their boat at Crystal Lake Community Beach.
- Termination of Storage: Crystal Lake Community Beach reserves the right to terminate the storage agreement at any time and for any reason, with notice to the boat owner.
- Removal of Boat: The boat owner must remove their boat(s) from the storage space by the end of the storage period. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or the disposal of the boat at the owner’s expense.
- Indemnification: The boat owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Crystal Lake Community Beach from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the storage of their boat on the premises.
- Amendments: Crystal Lake Community Beach reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
By storing your boat at Crystal Lake Community Beach, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
